Rodeo Houston 2008

One of the huge events in Houston every year is the HOUSTON LIVESTOCK SHOW AND RODEO. I went every year growing up and this year I was able to take all of my boys for the first time. We had such a blast! Rodeo Houston is HUGE, held in Reliant Stadium (where the the Texans play), and last three whole weeks. There was so much to do and see that we barely covered half of it. The rodeo is all about giving away scholarships, but it draws huge crowds because they bring in some great entertainment. That was the reason I went every year growing up, but this year was different. Martina McBride was the entertainer yesterday and we left just before her performance. Oh, how priorities change...
